- Boil water and salt. Put the noodles in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, strain and rinse with cold water to remove excess starch. Drain the noodles.
- Put the pan on medium heat, when the pan is hot, add a little oil to the fried noodles in the pan.
- When both sides of the noodles are golden (about 5 minutes on each side). Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Cut all vegetables into long, not thick strips (except bean sprouts).
- Put the pan on high heat. Add a little oil, cook the onion and garlic for 1 minute. Add the minced pork, cook for 2 minutes. Make sure you cut the pork. Pepper, cook for another minute, add the remaining vegetables, stir for 1 minute. Add 2 tablespoons oyster sauce and 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Stir and fry for another minute.
- Dissolve 1 tablespoon of potato starch in a bowl with 3 tablespoons of water. Add the liquid to the pot. Mix well for 1 minute.
- Spread the fried vegetables over the noodles. Ready to serve.
