- 1-3 potatoes
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 liter olive oil

Steps to make a Spanish tortilla
- Pour 1/2 liter of olive oil into a skillet over high heat
- Thinly slice the onion and place in a pan
- Thinly slice the potatoes and place in a pan.
- Leave the onions and potatoes in the pan for 10 to 15 minutes or until caramelized.
- When the potatoes are caramelized, remove the potatoes and onions and place in a large bowl.
- Put 6 eggs and a pinch of sea salt in a bowl and mix lightly
- Place aluminum foil on top and cover for 15 minutes
- In a saucepan, add 1 tablespoon olive oil (same as before) and heat over high heat
- Add the mixed ingredients and pour into the pan. 1-2 minutes over high heat, then reduce to medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Take a plate and turn the tortilla over to the other side
- Fry the other side: 1-2 minutes on high heat, 2-3 minutes on medium heat
- When done, remove from heat and place on a plate.
