- 2- Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the mustard. When it starts to grind, add tamarind, curry leaves and green chillies, ginger and garlic.
- Stir and cook for one minute. Add the flour to the soup and mix well.
- Turn off the heat and transfer the prepared heat to the boiled potatoes. Add chopped bay leaves, lemon juice and salt. Mix well
- Divide into equal parts. When the flour is sticky, grease your hands with oil and make a round ball.
