  11. 1 tbsp sesame oil (or sesame oil for spiciness)
  12. 1.5 tbsp fish broth
  13. 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  1. Grease the bottom of a large skillet with oil. Average temperature - low.
  2. Add onions. We bake it with some caramel and cook it until translucent. It only takes a few minutes (~3).
  3. Add garlic. Set another minute.
