Instructions on how to make Jhalmuri Idli with your own hands

  1. Place 1-2 tablespoons of chopped raw mango in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Then add 2 cups green sauce, 2 cups sweet sauce, 1 cup nylon zero number sword, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoons mustard oil, salt to taste and mix well. Set aside the filling.
  3. For idli pasta, soak 1 cup semolina rice and 1 cup black gram (urad daal) separately in water for about 4 hours. Then put it in a blender and mix well.   5. Boil water in a saucepan. Place in a bowl and bake covered for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Once cooked, remove the idlis from the mould.
  7. Roll casually at Nr. Nylon when served. Zero, topped with puree, garnished with chopped mango, chopped tomatoes, chopped cilantro and sprinkled with cat masala. Served with sambar and coconut sauce.
